1. Provider and acceptance
The legal name of the Obrokio operator, registered address, registration number and tax ID must be verified and inserted here before production release.
By creating an account or using the service, the company, catering provider or authorised user agrees to these terms and any signed commercial agreement. A signed agreement prevails where it expressly differs from these online terms.
2. Business accounts
The service is intended for companies, catering providers and their authorised personnel, not consumer food delivery. Account administrators confirm that they may act for their organisation and must keep registration details accurate.
Users must protect credentials, use individual accounts and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Organisations are responsible for assigning and removing access when roles change.
3. Service
Obrokio provides menus, meal selection, ordering deadlines, preparation lists, organisation reporting and invoice-style summaries. Available features depend on the organisation's configuration and agreement.
The platform does not currently process card, wallet or IPS payments and does not provide delivery logistics or live delivery tracking.
4. Orders and deadlines
Employees may create, change or cancel orders until the displayed cutoff. After cutoff, orders may lock and become part of the caterer's preparation list.
Companies and caterers are responsible for menu accuracy, allergen and meal information, capacity, delivery arrangements and resolving fulfilment issues. The platform records workflow data but does not prepare or deliver food.
5. Prices, settlement and platform fees
Meal prices are shown in the currency configured for the organisation. Payment and invoicing for meals remain between the contracting company and caterer unless a later written agreement states otherwise.
Platform fees, add-ons, minimums, promotions and billing periods are governed by the applicable commercial agreement and configuration. Invoice-style summaries support manual B2B billing and are not proof that money moved through the platform.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, bypass access controls, access another organisation's data, upload unlawful or harmful content, disrupt availability, reverse engineer protected parts of the service or use it for fraudulent activity.
Administrators must have a lawful basis for employee information they add and must not enter unnecessary sensitive data in meal notes or other free-text fields.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
We may change features to improve security, reliability or usability. Material changes affecting contracted service will be communicated through the agreed business channel where required.
8. Intellectual property
Obrokio and its software, design and brand materials remain the property of the operator or its licensors. Organisations retain rights in their names, logos, menus and content and grant the limited rights needed to operate the service.
9. Suspension and termination
An organisation may stop using the service according to its agreement. We may restrict or suspend access for security risks, unlawful use, material breach or overdue platform fees, with notice where reasonably possible.
Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred. Data return and deletion follow the commercial agreement, legal duties and the Privacy Policy.
10. Responsibility and liability
Each party remains responsible for its own legal, tax, employment, food-safety and contractual obligations. Caterers remain responsible for meals, allergens, preparation and delivery; companies remain responsible for employee programme rules and lawful account administration.
Liability limits, exclusions and remedies must be confirmed in the signed agreement and reviewed under applicable law before production release. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law and disputes
The governing law, competent court and dispute process must be verified and inserted before production release. Parties should first try to resolve concerns through the business contacts in their agreement.
12. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to kontakt@obrokio.rs. We will publish a new version and effective date when these terms change materially.
